Year 4 Photos
The children were tasked with building a bridge from only paper and Sellotape. The bridge that withstood the most weight would be crowned the champion of bridges. The children had to use their problem-solving skills and trial and error to increase the durability of their bridges under increasing weight.
Year 4 have loved learning about the Romans and the changes that they brought to Britain. They had an amazing Roman day in which the children came in amazing costumes and discovered even more facts about the Romans.
Year 4 have been very busy re-visiting learning about place value from Year 3 and moving on to making 4 digit numbers with practical resources. Using practical resources helps us to understand Mathematical concepts.
