History- The Maya
Layton has been working hard to evaluate evidence from different archaeologists regarding the end of the Maya civilisation. Layton collated evidence to produce a sequence of events that he believes is the most likely cause of the demise of the Maya. Layton has also been working hard to include some varied sentence openers and has included this in his History work, proving that he can apply his knowledge from English!
To celebrate Black History week, Year 6 have debated and discussed Black History month and why it is so important to have a month dedicated to black history celebrations.
